Step-1 Brand Identity

In spite of testing campaigns at various price points, conversions were low. We realized the user was not able to connect with the brand. Soaps being actively replaced by face washes and shower gels over the last decade, and there needed to be compelling story-telling to create the need for the product

With the help of an in-house team, we were able to understand the brand journey and create a brand persona and convert it into visual mood boards.
