Darzata is a brand that makes 100% natural cold-pressed soaps targeting skin concerns. It was looking to make a Go-to-Market strategy to establish it as the highest-grade soap and drive purchases through its website

Website speed was very low, leading to major drop-offs on landing page, leading to very high cost of LPVs We analysed the apps used on the Shopify store, identified a few page builders and appointment booking apps and resolved them
Website Speed
In spite of testing campaigns at various price points, conversions were low. We realized the user was not able to connect with the brand. Soaps being actively replaced by face washes and shower gels over the last decade, and there needed to be compelling story-telling to create the need for the product With the help of an in-house team, we were able to understand the brand journey and create a brand persona and convert it into visual mood boards
Brand Identity
The catalog images were not able to create a story. We collaborated with photoshoot agencies to get photoshoots done around set mood boards
Product Photography
Beauty products are high-involvement products. Users do a lot of research before buying a product. We did deep research into consumer buying behavior, product specifications, and brand story to come up with compelling product descriptions
